The challenge to hospitality educations to meet the human resources development needs of the industry has become a vital issue. This course aims to meet the industry's need for competent hospitality managers. It focuses on the development of the technical and management skills required to generate integrated solutions to business problems in a wide range of operations. The course is developed for people wishing to develop their technical, professional and management expertise.
