AB'S Indian Speciality Cuisine

Born in Punjab in Pakistan, Col. A B Singh, Founder of the Hot Millions Group had a passion for food since his formative years with his mother being an excellent cook and his family being fond of eating out. As fate would have it he married an excellent cook (Mohini Singh) which refined his taste buds even further. Her passion and expertise in cooking excellent food is the basis for the foundation and the success of the Hot Millions group.

With the dynamic leadership and culinary skills of the husband and wife duo, Hot Millions is enormously popular with a wide cross-section of customers and enjoys an excellent reputation, providing customers with consistently high quality food at reasonable prices, since 1979.

Col. A B Singh's all time favourite cuisine over the years remained Indian. This enthused him to launch a fine dining speciality restaurant serving authentic and very traditional Indian cuisine that would stimulate the senses and please the palate of the discerning guest. He wanted to extend hospitality and service to those who would like to experience exotic and wonderful taste of our national cuisine in a contemporary environment.

Being the perfectionist that he was, Col. A B Singh took time in completing his pet project of a signature restaurant with exquisite quality. This signature restaurant is a tribute to Col A.B. Singh, a visionary leader and above all a foodie to the core. The beauty of AB's is its infinite variety of fine food, with its range of influences from all over North India. All dishes are rooted in the soil of India. Most entrees in the menu have been carefully selected by Col Singh himself.
